Robert Heim Transitions Legal Practice to Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP

We are happy to announce that Robert Heim, an investment fund and family office lawyer has transitioned his legal practice to Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP, a mid-sized New York City based law firm.  Robert is a former SEC enforcement attorney who recently argued an important securities law case before the U.S. Supreme Court.  Prior to joining his new firm Robert was a partner at the securities law boutique firm of Meyers & Heim LLP, which he co-founded with another SEC enforcement attorney.

"I'm very pleased to be joining Tarter Krinsky and Drogin" said Robert Heim.  "TKD is a prestigious law firm that has cut out an impressive niche serving middle market clients.  TKD has a deep bench of talent in the tax, corporate, real estate and litigation areas and this will allow me to service a greater range of my clients' legal needs."

Robert's practice includes investment fund formation in the private equity, real estate and venture capital space, registration of new broker-dealers and investment advisers, securities regulatory work and SEC enforcement defense.  Robert was formerly an Assistant Regional Director of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in New York City.  Robert is also frequently quoted in the financial press and appears regularly on CNBC and the Fox Business News channel.
